• О себе:People who know me 'well' would see some of the following dimensions in various shades of subjective grey - entrepreneurial, creative thinker, visionary, passionate, loyal, perspicacious, sensitive, philosophical and poetic (dabble in poetry writing some of which I have posted on my wall here), compassionate, warm disposition, balanced and grounded, living for now and learning to enjoy life for what it is. Presently single and still searching for that elusive one-and-only with whom I might one day continue this journey of discovery but together as a duet. Finding the right one is like searching for a magnolia in a Siberian winter! My first name is Julius! I use an alias on here for privacy! —----------------------------------------------------------- Looking for potential accredited investment partners from Monaco and/or Russia. Would also be open to introductions as well to any of your contacts for which I could offer a carried free interest in an offshore entity I would set up together with those partners in either Monaco or Switzerland. There are three areas of interest: 1. Property investment and development in Australia 2. ReaityTV media concepts (initially in Europe) 3. Web and Mobile development concepts See below for more details: 1. Currently property is booming in Australia. If you have clients that might be interested in property investing in Australia I would be open to partnering with you or them. I have a prospectus also in draft for a potential property development and investment style company. Would need business partners to set that up with the parent company based in Monaco or Switzerland and a subsidiary in Sydney, Australia. Our Monaco or Swiss parent company would then manage a licensed offshore fund that would then invest into high-end luxury rental properties in Australia. The local subsidiary in Australia would manage the market research, buying and rentals of those purchased properties. In stage two, we would also engage in high-end and luxury property development opportunities. Numerous Chinese developers are already doing this in Australia but selling it to their wealthy Chinese clients. In contrast we would target European and Russian investors. Upon completion of any development projects they could be sold immediately on the market to either locals or offshore investors directly, or just sold into the offshore managed fund if it was decided to keep them and rent them out (on behalf of the fund investors). 2. Also developing project concepts for Reality TV in the areas of Gourmet/Travel and another on Business Startups, which potentially could be filmed in France, Monaco, Switzerland and Dubai. Contestants would come from the UK, EU and Russia (pending interest from those areas if the projects were to progress to production phase). 3.
